He was very special to me. I am thinking of you guys during this time. Enjoyed watching the video of his life and your family. Praying for your peace.

Jo & Family
Please know that I am sorry for your loss and that each of you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God Bless and Comfort you during this time.
Brenda and family, so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of knowing your Dad when he lived at The Cottages of Oak Springs as I lived there also at the time. He was one of the sweetest guys I’ve ever known and was always making me laugh. It’s such a small world – you probably remember me from Parkview and my daughters Tammy and Rhonda. When I read his obit., I saw your name and put the two together. May this precious soul rest in peace and the Lord comfort you and your family.
Dear Armand Family, I am a Eucharistic Minister with St. Louis Catholic Church of Waco. I want to express my deapest sympathy for your loss of "Sweet Ury". On many occassions I delivered communion to him while he stayed at LakeShore Living. He was always happy to receive the Body of Christ and to have a visitor. He would tell me stories of New Orleans and even with his Alzheimer’s he seemed clear and was quick witted. Each time our visits concluded he would insist on giving me something for stopping by. As I would leave, he would give me a packet of Sweet-N-Low as a token of his appreciation for the visit. I still have a few packets in the console of my car and they come in handy when I stop for tea or coffee on my routes. They always remind of Ury when I have occassion to need something sweet. That’s also how I arrived at the nickname of Sweet Ury. I just wanted you to know how he blessed me by allowing me to be a small part of his life. Bless you all in this time of sorrow. With kind Regards, I am Susane Nemmer.
Dear Brenda,
